By combining great systems with back office support services, Nexus offers a level of support never heard of in the
Nexus Insurance Services, the BPO division of Nexus, provides the following back office services for carriers and vendors:
- Mailing services, including the mailing of voluntary/telephone audit letters and forms, scheduling letters and/or completed reports
- Follow Up Calling Services provided to follow up on premium audit letters or loss control recommendations
Most carriers and vendors manage these processes internally today but Nexus believes that performing these functions on a larger scale will allow us to do them better, faster and cheaper than our customers can do them internally.
